IN DE SUMMERTIME (5) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when eighth, beaten 6 lengths, over 7f at Canberra. Perfectly placed and is sure to play a major role. PRETTY TAVI (7) finished 2 lengths from the winner in fifth last start over 7f at Rosehill, an improvement on her when resuming seventh at Rosehill the run before. Has the talent to take this out. FLYING STEP (11) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with just three wins from 31 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fifth over 1m at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths. Worth noting Jason Collett goes aboard. Placed to advantage so expect a big run. SUBARCTIC (6) finished second two runs back at Bendigo then improved last time out to score by 0.6 lengths over 1m1 1/4f at Newcastle. Looks well placed so expect another big run.
