PRESS FORWARD (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Coonabarabran, beaten 5.5 lengths into fifth. Has the class to produce a better result. VIOLET AND BLUE (4) scored at her most recent appearance, getting home by 0.6 lengths over 5f at Queanbeyan as favourite. That continued the very strong form this campaign, with two wins from three starts. Leading player again. SOUTH BULLAWAY (6) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on January 15 finishing 14th and beaten 12 lengths over 5½f at Dubbo. Has to be respected. MY ODDETTE (2) finished third at Grenfell two runs back but was less effective last time over 6½f at Dubbo, finishing 4 lengths back in ninth. Has her share of ability and can do a lot better.
