KUROSHINZO (2) is still a maiden after 15 starts but was placed at Bathurst when resuming before finishing seventh at Quirindi last start. Among the leading chances. SHAGGY'S MY MATE (5) finished 9 lengths adrift in tenth last time at Dubbo in a disappointing performance. Must raise the bar but a win is not out of the question. DON'TKNOWYET (1) finished ninth when resuming two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 7½f at Muswellbrook, beaten 2.5 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish.
