NEVER CRY (8) has been in great form with two placings in succession, most recently when beaten a nose into second after he was well back on straightening over 6f at this track. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he good enough to play a major role. SCANTOON (1) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on February 28 finishing eighth and beaten 3 lengths over 1m1/4f at Doomben. Now under the care of new trainer Tom Button. Has found a suitable race. REALEZA (4) worked home well and finished second last time over 5f at this track when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 1.1 lengths. Meets some better types this time but he has the talent to test this line-up. DARK REBEL (6) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at this track, beaten 3 lengths. Fitter this time will prove harder to beat.
