GOLD CARD (10) was always forward and boxed on to finish fourth over 6f at Newcastle last time. Will find this a little easier than last time. Will be hard to stop. IMATRUESTAR (6) is back from a break of four-and-a-half months. Raced below par at his only appearance last prep when sixth over 6f67yards at this track. Goes well at this trip, recording four minor placings and is right in this. LIFE COACH (8) showed good early dash and raced on the speed at the first run back from a break last start before fading to finish 4.5 lengths back in sixth over 5f at Kembla Grange. Will push forward and is among the chances. BONCASSIE (4) finished 3.5 lengths behind the winner in sixth over 6f at Port Macquarie last start after lifting strongly to score two runs back. Has a decent record at this track. Too good to ignore.
