MIGHTY ZOU (4) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in fourth over 6½f at Scone. Should improve sharply and this looks a nice race. WITHSTAND (11) turned in an eye-catching run over 5½f at Scone last time, ridden back before coming home with a powerful run to finish third. A repeat of the latest effort will see him in the finish again. GOLD SLUICE (2) ran a much better race at his second outing last start to finish second over 6f at Tuncurry after being in contention on the turn. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. UTOPIAN SPIRIT (7) was below his best last time when eighth over 6½f at Scone, beaten 7 lengths. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
