GOLD FEVER (1) is back after a break of eight months. At the last run before the layoff he finished fifth over 6¾f at Warwick. Good effort to kick-off last prep when in the money at Nanango over 5f. Has ability and can get off the mark. RARE AND RELIABLE (10) returned from a break of a year and finished second over this course and distance last time out. Sure to be thereabouts. ZOUCHASE (8) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then was beaten 9 lengths when tenth over 6f at this track two weeks ago after being in the firing line on the corner. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. PRINCESS MONEYBAGS (9) resumes from a lay-off of five months. Could only manage to finish seventh at the latest run over 6½f at this track. Looks ready to run following a minor placing in a recent Doomben trial. Has ability and must be included in calculations.
