Doomben Cup winner HUETOR (2) was sent out at 14/1 last time but ran above expectations and won over 1m2f in the G3 Japan Racing Association Plate at Randwick. Should feature in the finish again. Group 3 winner MIGHTY ULYSSES (8) was allowed to drift back from a wide draw last time before finding the line strongly to score by 1.75 lengths over 1m at Listed level at Eagle Farm. Tougher assignment this time but he is right in this. DENY KNOWLEDGE (13) Group 2 winner. Took advantage of the good draw and led for much of the way last start before being run down in the straight, finishing fourth and beaten 3 lengths over 1m4f in the LR Mornington Cup. Takes on tougher opposition this time but she should be very competitive. Group 2 placegetter JIMI HENDRIX (11) resumed last time out and finished second over 1m at Eagle Farm, beaten 1.75 lengths. Everything points to a big run.
