TOJAKI (11) came from well back on cornering and hit the line strongly to score over 7f at Eagle Farm last time out. Tackles a much tougher assignment but she is a leading contender. PARTY FOR ONE (6) multiple Group 3 placegetter. Travelled in a rearwards position then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 3 lengths away in eighth last time out over 6f at Mornington three weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Among the chances. OVERRIDING (2) started at 11/4 last time but could only manage fourth, beaten 2 lengths, at Tamworth over 7f. Can bounce back. SONORA (10) performed above expectations last time over 6¾f at Doomben, getting the prize by 0.7 lengths. Should be prominent from the outset. Not to be discounted.
