CHOCOLATE ROYAL (5) was never in contention when 6 lengths from the winner in eighth over 1m at Moonee Valley last start, a less impressive effort than his seventh on debut at Geelong the run before. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. OL' MATE ALTONY (3) made significant late ground last start to get up for second over 1m at Moe. Should be winding up late again. THANKS EMMELINE (7) was doing her best work late last start to get up for third over 1m2f at Pakenham. Brian Higgins stays aboard and although yet to win has been in the money on two occasions. Expected to measure up. GIVE HER A MEDAL (8) finished 4.5 lengths away in seventh at her last appearance over 1m at Pakenham on February 29. Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes.
