SUPERIOR ZARA (12) really dug deep to salute by 1.5 lengths three runs back at Bendigo before filling a minor placing at her last two starts. Has a decent record at this trip with three minor placings from four tries and should prove tough to beat. SHIFTY TYCOON (11) finished sixth over 7f at this track when resuming last start, beaten only 1.5 lengths. Finds a tougher race but a better run is on the cards. FLY LIE (1) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 2.25 lengths when seventh in a 7¾f contest at Morphettville Parks four weeks ago after being in the firing line on the corner. Finds the right race this time and can take this out. GUNDAROO (5) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 7f at Benalla after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Suitably placed so he can be prominent again.
