MIZ CLUBCALI (8) improved sharply on her sixth two starts back at this track (Turf) with a win over 6f at Del Mar (Dirt) six weeks ago, getting home by 1.3 lengths. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. SASSY PRANCELOT (1) held on well to finish third last time out over 1m at Del Mar (Turf) after leading for much of the way. Will go forward and is expected to be in the finish again. LADY MONCLAIRE (7) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 3.5 lengths when fifth over 1m at Del Mar two months ago after being in the firing line on the corner. Meets some better types this time but she has the talent to test this line-up. ULTIMATE HY (10) progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over 1m at Los Alamitos after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
