MORRISSETTE (6) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when fourth, beaten 4 lengths, over 1m3/4f at Geelong. Has further improvement to come and is a great chance to break through. GENRICHERO (5) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 11 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fourth over 1m2f at Mornington, beaten 4 lengths. Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. HERRLICH (1) did little and finished 14 lengths from the winner in eighth over 1m2 1/4f at Moonee Valley last start, a less impressive effort than his when resuming fourth at Donald the run before. This doesn't look as hard so he is set to turn things around. WHAT A JOURNEY (10) ran below expectations last start, finishing sixth and beaten 3.5 lengths at Moe over 1m2 1/2f. Has started two times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Well placed to turn things around.
