NORTHEAST EAGLE (6) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he got a long way back over 6½f at Port Hedland, beaten 12 lengths into seventh. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. ACERMETRIC (3) finished 2 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1m at this track three weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Solid top-three chance. HEZAZEB (1) was sent out favourite last time when second over 1m at this track after he was always up in the leading division. Yet to miss the frame over this longer journey. Likely to play a major role. FIND YOUR MAN (2) drifted well back last start before storming home to score by 1.4 lengths over 1m at this track. Can figure in the finish.
