VALABING (16) is yet to break through in three runs. Finished eighth at her last appearance over 6f in the G2 Sweet Embrace Stakes at Randwick on March 2 after she gave away a big start. Among the top chances in what looks a most suitable race. GROOVE CITY (4) was well held in the Inglis Nursery won by Odinson over 5f at Randwick at her last appearance three-and-a-half months ago. This looks a more suitable assignment. HALLETT (5) is a first-starter by Deep Field from Indrabeel who has in turn produced the winner of a black type. Filled a minor placing in her most recent trial at Hawkesbury. Comes from a stable which has an impressive strike rate with the first-starters. Promising type who cannot be left out of calculations. LUNAITE (7) is a filly by Deep Field out of Reginae who is at the races for the first time. Has had the benefit of two trials. Worth watching for a betting move.
