CRUISE TO RIO (3) accounted for a maiden field over 7f at this track last start, finishing a long neck ahead of the nearest rival. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Troy Turner was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. Can go right on with the job now. MR BLING (1) resumed over 7f at Ascot where he showed little early speed but got home nicely to finish fourth, beaten 1.2 lengths. Will drift back but will be getting home hard. CHERRY CAN RUN (5) made progress last time out, finishing 4 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1m1/2f at Narrogin after being prominent at the bend. Facing a tougher assignment but she is good enough to take this out. PRESIDENT SAM (2) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when he was beaten 3.5 lengths into eighth over 1m at this track. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
