WRITEGO (1) made a nice return in a at Canterbury then stepped up in grade last time and finished seventh over 6f at Canterbury. Well placed to make amends. YVETTE (2) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 5½f at Goulburn. Tackling a deeper field this time but she is good enough to take this out. DEVIOUS MIND (6) missed the frame when resuming last start over 4½f at this track but wasn't all that far from the winner. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Winning claims on best figures. I AM A WINNER (5) returned from a lay-off two-and-a-half weeks ago when he was prominent at the turn before being beaten 5 lengths into fourth over 5f at Kembla Grange. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
