ONE KIND (9) booted up from the inside draw to race on the speed only to be claimed late and finish 2.75 lengths away in seventh last start over 6f at Port Macquarie. Expected to be in this for a long way. NO STATEMENT (1) is a distance specialist who was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Kembla Grange, beaten 2 lengths into fifth. Has a good record at this course and distance, including four wins. Finds the right race this time and can find winning form. ZOE SHARK (4) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.2 lengths from the winner in second over 5¾f at Beaumont (Newcastle) after being in the firing line on the bend. Likely improver with strong prospects. DRUMS OF WAR (3) was in the firing line on the turn and finished third last time over 5f at Hawkesbury when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 1.4 lengths. Yet to miss the placings in two starts over this course and distance. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run again.
