HIAWATHA (3) faded last time to finish fourth over 1m2 1/2f at Hawkesbury after showing good early speed. Must respect the stable decision to remove the blinkers. Major player. CHEVAL GRIS (11) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 1m2f at Beaumont (Newcastle). Well placed this line-up and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. GARLAND OF ROSES (9) was too good for a maiden field when resuming last start over 7½f at Goulburn, scoring by a nose. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Re-unites with Keagan Latham who was on board last start. Harder this time but still one to consider. THINK ROMANCE (7) got off the mark with an impressive maiden win last time out over 1m2f at Beaumont (Newcastle). Harder task ahead this time but can measure up.
