VALENTINO PRINCE (13) returned from a break last start with a mediocre seventh over 5½f at Wyong after giving away a big start. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. KERVETTE (2) is a maiden galloper who finished in the placings over 1m at Gosford before going for a break 12 weeks ago. Fitter for a placing in a recent trial. Sure to be competitive. SHARPEN THE KNIVES (3) was in contention on the bend and finished second last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 5½f at Wyong, beaten 2.25 lengths.
