RARE MOON (11) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 1.5 lengths from the winner in fourth over 4½f at this track. Sure to improve and can get off the mark this time. TAMPA BAY (12) debuted four weeks ago when she finished fourth over 4½f at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths. Expected to improve and will pay to follow up. PARTY PROPHET (10) is a maiden galloper resuming from a lay-off after finishing seventh over 4½f at Scone at the latest appearance on January 21. Tuned right up with two lead-up trials. Capable of a big return. RIDE THE RIVER (8) returns after five months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a fifth over 5½f at Canterbury. Ran fourth in a recent trial at Randwick. Rates highly on best form and should be in the mix.
