EL CAPONY (9) made good late inroads and got up for third when resuming over this trip at Gawler last start. Good record at this journey with two wins and four minor placings from eight starts and is expected to be in the finish. HOT OFF (4) is returning from a lay-off of nine weeks. Finished fifth at Halidon over 5f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Matthew Seyers. Has found a suitable race and can take this out. LIMBERING (7) improved sharply on her ninth two starts back at Murray Bridge with a win as public elect over 6¾f at Strathalbyn nine days ago, getting home by 3 lengths after being in contention on the corner. Has the class to build on that fine effort last start. LUNAR SOLAR (1) turned in an eye-catching run over 6¼f at Morphettville Parks last time, ridden back before coming home with a powerful run to finish second. Tough to stop again.
