SAXON BEAUTY (9) was below her best last time, finishing ninth and beaten 6 lengths over 1m3/4f at Sale. Perfectly placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. REAL ALLIANCE (8) finds it hard to win with just one success from 10 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when sixth over 1m at Pakenham Synthetic, beaten 3.5 lengths. Ideally placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. HOT SEAT (5) was in the money two starts back at Swan Hill but was unable to repeat the effort last time when ninth, beaten 8 lengths, at Warracknabeal over 1m. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. AHTOHALLAN (11) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m1 1/2f at Mildura, beaten 6 lengths into ninth. Finds a nice race and can bounce back.
