EXTREMELY LUCKY (1) hasn't been too far away of late, the latest effort a fifth, beaten 0.6 lengths, at this track over 5½f. Todd Pannell has won when aboard in the past and gets the ride again. Should be in the finish. KLABEL (4) continued the good recent form when he finished just a nose away in second last time out over 5½f at this track. Good record at this journey with five wins and four minor placings from 13 starts and is a leading contender. BEAST MODE (6) was below par last time when sixth over 4¾f at Moonee Valley but he has a solid record at the third run in. Can bounce back to his best form. TIFFANY VALENTINE (9) hasn't been far away lately, beaten 1.75 lengths at her most recent appearance when third over 5½f in the LR Durbridge Stakes at this track. Has three wins at this journey so she must be respected.
