Commendable record at this trip with a win and two minor placings and can get the job done. REGAL MIGHT (2) is a progressive galloper who is when resuming since finishing 12th over 7f at Flemington five months ago. Has scored when resuming from a lay-off before. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Best form puts him right in this. HIGH SECURITY (7) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on August 17 finishing fifth and beaten 3.5 lengths over 1m at Warracknabeal. Has found the right race and is worth including. PURE RAIN (8) finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 5½f at Werribee, beaten 0.9 lengths. Should take a lot from that hit-out. Placed to advantage so expect another forward showing.
