KENSAL GREEN (9) turned in a modest performance when ninth last start over 7½f at Bendigo, beaten 7 lengths. That followed a good when resuming win at Ballarat Synthetic. Has the ability to figure prominently. MY TRUTH (4) finished a neck second on turf at Bordertown in a then followed up with another minor placing on dirt at Pooncarie over 7¾f two-and-a-half weeks ago. Expect he will continue the good form. LIFT THE BAR (10) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Murray Bridge, beaten 4.5 lengths. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time. ZEBEDEE SPRINGS (6) has been in good form, scoring three back at this track then placing twice in a row, most recently when third over 6½f at Wodonga. Nicely placed to feature in the finish.
