FRIED ASPARAGUS (5) resumes. Didn't make an impact at her only run last prep on April 18 finishing eighth and beaten 11 lengths over 1m at Evangeline Downs (Turf). Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Among the leading chances. YOLANDA WHO (2) disappointed when 11 lengths back in fifth last time over 6f at this track (Dirt). Kept fresh for this. Well placed to make amends. HOT SPRINGS BLING (4) is a six-year-old mare who is having her first run for the Michael Hewitt yard. Hasn't raced since finishing sixth at Oaklawn Park (Dirt) three-and-a-half months ago. Not seen at the trials but is in a nice race. Leading prospect. IZEONPOINT (1) turned in a fine effort to win by 2.75 lengths at this track and distance last start to maintain her good form of late. Likely to be there at the finish again.
