HOOSIER (4) was having his first run for the Sherman Savoie stable last start when he made steady ground to run into second over 6½f at this track (Dirt) at the first run back from a lay-off. Expected to run well again. OCEOLA (2) has switched yards since finishing fourth three-and-a-half weeks ago over 6½f at Evangeline Downs. Will be tuned-up for this and is expected to run well. JAMAICAN ME (1) finds it hard to win with two victories from 34 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fourth over 6½f at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths. Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. THUNDERTAKESDALEAD (3) has switched yards since finishing eighth four weeks ago over 1m1/4f at this track.
