RUSTY GADGET (5) displayed plenty of early toe over 5½f at this track (Dirt) last time and went on to score by 1.5 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot salute. EUROROCKSTAR (3) hasn't raced since finishing sixth over 1m1/4f at Sam Houston Park (Dirt) on March 17 and has since switched stables. Goes well when fresh with a win and three minor placings from six starts. Sure to be competitive. TEXAS CLUBMAN (8) finished 23 lengths back in ninth on dirt in a at Sam Houston Park. Missed the frame again last time out on turf at this track over 1m two weeks ago. Worth following up back on dirt. CAPTAINS COVE (7) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when sixth over 7f at this track (Dirt). Good enough on his day and can fill a top-three spot.
