PURE MALICE (2) couldn't have been more impressive when resuming last start when he scored by 3 lengths over 5½f at this track (Dirt). Open to plenty of improvement and looms as the one to beat again. COLONEL BARTON (5) ran below expectations last time at Oaklawn Park (Dirt), finishing ninth and beaten 13 lengths starting at 13/2. Won't find this as tough so he is perfectly placed to score. CASTILLE (6) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 3 lengths when fifth over 5f at this track three weeks ago. Finds a nice race and can take this out. LEA ME BE (3) lines up on the back of a 6 length fourth over 7f at this track. Credentials hard to fault.
