MINE THAT STAR (3) last appeared a month ago over 1m1f at Sunland Park when he finished third. This is his first run for the H Ray Ashford Jr stable. Rates highly and expected to go well. HOLDEN THE LUTE (5) finished third over 1m at Turf Paradise (Dirt) at his most recent appearance on February 29. Has ability and should be right in the finish. ETHICAL JUDGEMENT (6) ran on strongly but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 1m at Sam Houston Park (Dirt). Hard to beat in this suitable race. MACHINE GUN MAN (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Evangeline Downs, beaten 26 lengths into seventh. Nicely placed to find some form.
