AMERICAN ICON (6) ran below expectations last time at Oaklawn Park (Dirt), finishing fifth and beaten 8 lengths starting at 17/2. Tackling a more suitable race this time so he is a major player. DARYLSKLIMTOMANIAC (2) impressed when successful on debut over 6f at this track (Dirt) two-and-a-half weeks ago. Has plenty of upside and can win again. PURE MALICE (3) resumes. Didn't make an impact at his only run last prep on February 9 finishing eighth and beaten 15 lengths over 1m at Sam Houston Park (Turf). Looks a strong top-three prospect. CINCO MAJESTIC (1) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 5½f at this track. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well.
