DUBAI AFFAIR (11) resumed two-and-a-half weeks ago over 5½f at Hobart and was only beaten 1.5 lengths into fourth. Finds a suitable race and can take this out. GEMS EAGLE (3) was prominent into the straight last time but was overwhelmed late and wound up in fifth over 7f at Hobart. Finds a suitable assignment this time and is a great chance to break through. HALEN (15) missed the placings last time out when beaten 6 lengths in seventh place over 1m in the LR Tasmanian Guineas at Hobart. Will drift back but wind up late. Will be picking them up late. WANNABE ZIGGY (9) finished second last time over 7f at Hobart, beaten 1.3 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Placed to advantage so expect another bold run.
