ARUMA (1) resumed over 5f at Devonport Synthetic last start and was too good for her rivals, scoring by half a length. Will be better for that latest run and is all set to make it two-for-two this prep. ALPINE THUNDER (6) scored at his most recent appearance, getting home by 1.3 lengths over 5½f at Hobart. That continued the very strong form this campaign, with two wins from three outings. Can measure up again. STARDARMUS (3) settled well back then came home powerfully to score by 1.3 lengths over 7f at Hobart last time out. Winning hope here. GLORY MISSION (4) is putting together some solid results. Finished second at this track two starts back then got the job done by 3.5 lengths last time out over 5f at Devonport Synthetic. Likely to be in the finish again.
