ELEGANTLY WRITTEN (11) came home strongly last start to finish second, beaten a head, over 5½f at this track when returning from a lay-off. Can go on with it. MAY WE ALL (2) settled well back but hit the line well to finish fourth, beaten 1.4 lengths, over 5½f here last time. Outsprinted in the run home but kept coming and the extra ground looks a big plus. Well placed and expected to go well. GODDESS OF ROCK (12) drifted well back last start before winding up strongly to finish third, beaten 4 lengths, over 7f32yards at Hobart. One of the main contenders. TRABZON (3) finished 8 lengths adrift in 13th last time over 6f at Hobart in a disappointing performance. Well placed and should be in the mix.
