ROYAL LYTHAM (7) did a great job to score by half a length over this course and distance last start to maintain her good form of late. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is one of the key runners. ON BOARD (13) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 17 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when 11th over 6f at this track, beaten 6 lengths. Finds a tougher race but she has the ability to test this field. SENHORA VICTORIA (16) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track, finishing second and only a long neck from the winner at the end of 7f. Must raise the bar but this looks well within her grasp. GRUE OF ICE (15) ran well despite being friendless in betting last time over 6f at this track, finishing third and beaten 0.6 lengths at 40/1. Has a high cruising speed. Not to be discounted.
