CATCHY TUNES (6) improved sharply on her fifth two starts back at Muswellbrook with a win as favourite over 5½f at Bathurst a month ago, getting home by 1.1 lengths after being prominent at the turn. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. FLOSS'S ONE (7) returns from a break of four-and-a-half months. Genuine performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a win over 5f at this track. Nicely placed to kick off another successful campaign. HEIR APPARENT (2) was a determined winner in a then raced on the speed last time before finishing second over 5f at Coffs Harbour. Hard to beat on his form from two starts ago. MONTE CRUISE (5) is back after a break of four months. Looking to emulate her win at Coffs Harbour to kick off the last campaign. Worth plenty of thought.
