NORTHERN BOOGIE (3) filled a minor placing when fresh from a lay-off two starts ago. Could not back that up last time when 3 lengths away in sixth over 5½f at Armidale. Can bounce back to his best form. NIKODY'S DIEGO (2) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 7f at Armidale, beaten only a nose. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort.
