LUCONI (3) impressed when successful as favourite on debut over 6f at Scone two weeks ago. Has plenty of upside and should go on with it. PRETTY RHO (11) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when sixth, beaten 6 lengths, over 1m at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. INCEPTION (5) had a bit on his rivals last time out, scoring an impressive 2 lengths maiden win over 7½f at Hawkesbury. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Tougher assignment this time but is one of the main contenders. MIDNIGHT AFFAIR (12) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when ninth over 6½f at this track, beaten 5 lengths. Well placed and can make amends.
