Terrific chance to break through. IONACELTIC (2) is a three-start maiden who could only manage to finish sixth at his latest appearance over 7¾f at Canterbury after he got a long way back in the run. Well placed on this occasion and gets his chance to break the ice. LOCH AWE (4) missed the placings on debut two runs back then was always well out of his ground last start when 3 lengths away in fifth over 6¾f at this track. Faces an easier assignment so he is one of the main contenders. OCTABOOM (7) finished 2 lengths from the winner in fourth at her most recent appearance over 6¾f at Warwick. Appeals as a top-four contender.
