CHIPILLY (12) hasn't raced since finishing fifth at Murtoa over 6f a month ago. Kept ticking over with a placing in a recent trial at Hamilton. Top contender and can take this out. CHANCE ROMANCE (2) was in the money two starts back at Geelong but couldn't back it up last time when eighth, beaten 5 lengths, at Geelong over 7½f. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. GRUNDY THREE VOTES (4) is a genuine type with four minor placings from five starts this time in work. Continued the trend at the most recent appearance when third over 7f at Mildura. Must be included on the strength of that form. YOU LITTLE NIPPER (11) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Ballarat Synthetic, beaten 6 lengths. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
