RISIST CAPTURE (7) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 10 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when sixth over 1m2 1/2f at Launceston, beaten 1.75 lengths. Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. PENNINE (3) ran below expectations last time at Launceston, finishing ninth and beaten 2.25 lengths starting at 11/2. Nicely placed to make amends. STRAWBERRY KISS (14) again failed to feature last start, finishing sixth and beaten 4 lengths over 1m2 1/2f at this track. Has enough ability to be competitive in this line-up. MIGHTYMAXI (5) ran a better race last start, finishing 1.5 lengths away in fifth over 1m2 1/2f at Launceston. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
