NIGHTCAPPED (8) was too good for a maiden field last start over 6f at Newcastle, scoring by half a length. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Re-unites with Lee Magorrian who was on board last start. Progressing well so worth following up. SKIESTHELIMIT (12) is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Capable of making it two on the trot. FLUDWAY (4) is yet to find the winners' list this time in work but has two placings from three outings this prep, finishing 2 lengths away in third most recently over 6f at Wyong. Another top-three finish is on the cards. STARROS (6) was safely held when fifth last start over 5½f at Mudgee, beaten 3.5 lengths after a good when resuming win at Bathurst. Best figures measure up so deserves another chance.
