MEASURED (12) hasn't raced since finishing seventh over 7f at Gatton on August 20 and has since switched yards. Finished fourth in a trial over 5f at Gold Coast. Goes well when resuming from a lay-off, including two minor placings from four starts. Ready for a bold showing. AIMA SUN (4) resumes from a lay-off of nine weeks and looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 7f at Eagle Farm. Has the benefit of a low draw. Hard to beat if back in good order as anticipated. VALABING (11) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when eighth, beaten 8 lengths, over 5½f at Doomben. Ideally placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. PEARL IN HAY (2) is ready to win after she just missed last time, beaten a head into second over 6f at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time.
