CHOSEN LEGEND (3) returned from a lay-off three weeks ago when she was beaten 7 lengths into tenth over 5f at Ballarat. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish. SHIVERMEPINK (14) stepped out for the first time last start and was just fair in finishing sixth at Randwick Kensington over 5f, beaten 3.5 lengths. Has upside and deserves another chance. DEMIQUAVER (13) faced the starter for the first time and finished sixth last start at Caulfield Heath over 5f, beaten 4 lengths. Better for that run and can improve sharply. NEXT PAY RUN (12) stepped out for her debut over 5f in the LR Debutante Stakes at Caulfield back on October 18 and finished fifth, beaten 5.5 lengths. Will be better for that run and is expected to go well.
