CHARTRES (3) improved sharply on his sixth two starts back at Sale with success over 1m at Mornington two weeks ago, getting home by a long neck after being prominent at the bend. Has the ability to build on that fine effort last start. REAL SENSATION (9) got well back over 7f128yards at Geelong last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 4 lengths away in seventh. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he has the ability to mix it with them. Has his share of talent and is a top-three prospect.
