BOKEEM (6) returns from a short break after finishing tenth over 5f155yards at Geelong. Kept ticking over since that run with a trial win at Bendigo. Better than latest run suggests - makes plenty of appeal. KATE'S TIARA (9) got off the mark when resuming from a lay-off over 5½f at Ballarat Synthetic last start, scoring by 1.5 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. No reason she cannot get the job done again. BUS STOP BETTY (7) broke her maiden last start over 6f at Hamilton, scoring by 1.5 lengths. Melissa Julius was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. Harder here but should be involved in the finish. SUN SAMURAI (5) produced a reasonable effort when seventh last start over 6f at Geelong. That followed a win at Geelong the start prior. Well placed and can make amends.
