FALLGUY (3) resumed from a lay-off last start with a sound second over 5½f at Toowoomba when he did his best work late. Hard to beat in this suitable race. BOOM CRUSHER (2) has been thereabouts lately but still a maiden after six runs. Last time out sat on the pace before fading to finish fifth over 7f152yards at Gold Coast Poly. Comes down a level this time. Sure to go well. BLAZE RUNNER (1) was well in commission on his debut over 6½f at Beaudesert three-and-a-half weeks ago and finished fifth, beaten 3.5 lengths. Better for that run and can improve sharply. PANDA DRUM (7) finished third last time out over 6¾f at Warwick, making it three career minor placings. Has a good record at this distance with three top-three results from four starts. Among the main chances.
