HYDROS (7) finished second, beaten 5 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 4f at Ipswich after he was in the firing line on the bend. This is a nice race and can find winning form. MASTER MIYAGI (9) is fresh from a lay-off of three-and-a-half months and did hit the frame when last resuming at Moree over 4¾f. In a different yard now. Has found a suitable race and can take this out. MEDALS (10) has not raced since being well supported on his debut back on April 13 when he finished fourth over 5f at Goondiwindi. Plenty of scope for improvement. TUANAKI CREEK (4) finished third last time over 5f at Gayndah to make it five minor placings from 14 career runs. Has a solid record at this journey, finishing in the money on three occasions. Should be poised just off the lead. In the mix.
