GRIFFINSTOWN GIRL (18) did little and finished 17 lengths from the winner in 12th over 7½f at Goulburn last start, a less impressive effort than her fourth at Goulburn the run before. Finds a nice race and can feature in the finish. TIZSO FAB (6) hadn't been far away prior to finishing 7 lengths adrift in seventh last start over 7f at Echuca. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Will prove tough to beat. SMART POPPY (5) returned from a break last start and drifted well back before closing powerfully to score over 6f at Narrandera, getting home by 0.8 lengths. One of the main contenders. KERMA ART (19) registered his first win last start over 7f at Narrandera, getting home by 1.75 lengths. Harder task ahead this time but can measure up.
